PreSchool

Rosecrans Elementary hosts a classroom for Rosecrans State Preschool, CUSD's program for 3 to 4 year-old students. Children must be 3 years old by September 1st and toilet trained to apply. Priority is given to children that turn 4 years old by September 1st.

Sponsored by the California Department of Education and the Compton Unified School District, Rosecrans State Preschool is free to qualifying students based on one of five eligibility criterion. The entrance to Rosecrans State Preschool is on the north side of Rosecrans Avenue, next to the Dollarhide Health Center.
